Mobile Performance Requirements
To ensure a smooth experience with BizzStream Aero, your mobile device must meet certain performance standards.
Disclaimer: These requirements are based on limited device testing and are subject to change as we gather more data from real-world usage. The app should always be tested before purchasing new devices. Some devices lack certain hardware features, have very low RAM, or are otherwise not suitable for running the app even when they meet below requirements. There are so many devices available, especially on Android, that an exhaustive list is impossible.
Support requirements
We can only officially support devices that are still supported by their vendors. Often times the app will remain working on unsupported devices, but as they no longer receive software updates they're liable to break at any random time due to bugs or missing features in the OS.
OS Requirements (Android)
Google Play Services must be available. This includes a recent version of the Play Store. We try to support Android SDK version 24 and above.
We can only fully support currently supported versions of Android. It is possible that certain processes will stop working and new features will never work on older versions. Older versions of Android also do not receive security updates, so should be considered unsafe regardless of what app is used. A usually up to date overview of which OS versions are currently supported can be found here.
Minimum Geekbench 6 Scores
We use the Geekbench 6 single-core benchmark as a reference for device suitability.
- Complex processes: Single-core score of 500+
- Simple (converted) processes: Single-core score of 400+
A complex process is usually a complex layout with many fields from different datasets. A simple process consists of layouts with a single datasets.
Devices below these scores may experience slowdowns or issues, especially with complex workflows.
How to Check Your Device's Score
- Install Geekbench 6:
- Open the app and run the CPU benchmark.
- Check the single-core score in the results. Compare it to the requirements above.
