Configuring an environment in BizzStream Aero allows administrators and consultants to customize the platform according to their organization's requirements and preferences. By setting up various parameters and preferences, you can tailor the behavior and appearance of the platform to enhance the user experience. Let's explore the key aspects of configuring environments in BizzStream Aero.
General Settings
In the setup section, administrators have access to the "Environment" menu option, where they can configure environment-specific properties. The landing page of the environment contains two tabs: "General" and "Theme." On the General tab, administrators can provide the following properties:

- Google API Key: Specify a Google API Key for using the Map Control with Google Maps and to enable geocoding with the Geolocation Control.
- Settings Document Definition: Define a document definition that serves as a reference for environment-specific settings. These settings represent values used throughout the model.

- Welcome Email Template: Select a template to be applied to the email sent to new users.
Theme Customization
The Theme tab on the environment page allows administrators to customize the visual appearance of the platform. You can select colors for both light and dark themes, configuring the following elements:
- Header: Customize the background and text colors.
- Breadcrumbs: Choose the background color, text color, text active color, and text hover color.
- Side bar: Define the background color, sub background color, text color, sub text color, background color of the selected item, text color of the selected item, background color of the selected child item, and text color of the selected child item.
The sub background color signifies the color that will be applied to the background of a menu item that is expanded to show its children.
By personalizing the theme, you can create a visually appealing user interface that aligns with your organization's branding and design preferences.
Environment Overview
The Environment menu option provides an overview page that offers a graphical visualization of the environment, displaying connections between various entities. Administrators can enable or disable the visualization of specific setup entity types, such as layouts, and use the search bar to filter nodes. This allows for a clear understanding of the relationships and structure within the environment. By clicking on a node, administrators can access detailed information about the entity, and double-clicking on a node opens a new tab with further details.
Usage Statistics
The Usage Statistics page provides insights into the usage of the environment over time. It presents information such as the number of active documents, new documents, platform services usage (storage), active users, and analytics data. A bar chart showcases the number of new documents and edited documents per month for the past 12 months. By clicking on a bar, administrators can access an overview of the document definitions associated with the documents.
Configuring environments in BizzStream Aero empowers administrators and consultants to fine-tune the platform to their organization's needs. By defining general settings, customizing themes, and utilizing the environment overview and usage statistics, you can create an optimized environment that maximizes productivity and user satisfaction.
