The setup section in BizzStream Aero serves as a central hub for administrators and consultants to create and configure the model according to the organization's specific needs. They have access to the end user section of the platform, where they can log in using a web browser or the mobile app for iOS or Android. End users typically have access to one or multiple environments, depending on their organization or customer.
Within an environment, end users can view, add, modify, or delete data based on the model configured by administrators or consultants. The data available to end users is determined within the model, which resembles the non-digital processes that the platform automates and digitizes. Examples of processes modeled in BizzStream Aero include cost registrations, timesheets, waste management, and purchase invoice processing.
End users participate in the processes by adding data to the platform or signing off on data provided by other users. If end users have questions about the model or the process itself, they can seek answers within their organization or consult with a BizzStream consultant. For platform-specific inquiries, such as how to navigate a grid control using the keyboard, end users can refer to the documentation.
Administrators
Administrators have elevated privileges within BizzStream Aero. In addition to accessing the end user section, administrators also have access to the setup section. This allows them to make changes to the model and configure various aspects of the platform.
Within the setup section, administrators can modify layouts to enhance user experience, extend the model to collect additional information, and manage user permissions and access rights. Administrators can also view usage statistics for the environment, such as the number of created and edited documents. User management is another important task that administrators handle from the setup section.
Consultants
Consultants have similar privileges to administrators but with additional capabilities. They can access both the end user section and the setup section of BizzStream Aero. Additionally, consultants have access to the partner console, which provides them with a centralized view of all environments associated with the partner they work for.
From the partner console, consultants can access environments without being a user within those environments by impersonating other users. They can create new organizations, develop packages, and create new package versions. In the setup section, consultants have the ability to install packages or updates to existing packages.
BizzStream Support Users
BizzStream support users have the same privileges as consultants. However, the key difference is that they are not bound to a specific partner. A BizzStream support user can access environments from all partners through the partner console. This broader access allows them to provide support and assistance across multiple partner environments.
